Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States only.
When will my order ship?
Typical processing is 1–3 business days. Processing and transit are separate; delivery timing varies by product and destination. Check the product information and checkout for available shipping details.

How do I pick a size?
Check the guide for the specific item before ordering; a size label can fit differently between products. Compare the measurements with a sweatshirt you already own.
Unisex “US” organic sweatshirt
The supplier recommends that US customers order one size up because this item uses smaller EU sizing. The measurements below apply only to the “US” organic sweatshirt, not the SEND IT crewneck.

Chest width is the garment width, not body circumference. Measure length from the high point of the shoulder to the hem. Supplier measurements may vary by up to 2 inches (5 cm).

Available sizes are 18 × 12, 36 × 24, and 60 × 36 inches. Measure your display space before choosing. The print is one-sided; a flagpole and fastening system are not included.

The current listing is the 11 oz mug. A 15 oz option is not currently selectable.
Care for your flag and mug
Flag: machine wash separately on a cold, gentle cycle; tumble dry on low. Do not iron or dry clean. Mug: dishwasher safe, or wash by hand with warm water and dish soap. Follow the care instructions supplied with each item.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Email us as soon as possible with your order number. Once production or fulfillment begins, changes may no longer be possible.
Something arrived damaged or incorrect?
Email [email protected] with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos. We will review the order and explain the next steps. Please contact us before sending anything back.
What about returns or exchanges?
Contact support before returning an item. Eligibility depends on the product and circumstances; do not assume a return or size exchange is approved until you receive instructions.
